We may suspend abusive, illegal, or harmful usage immediately.
SLA credits, if any, are controlled by separate SLA terms.
Section 01

Acceptance of Terms

By using PingSLA, you agree to these Terms and to comply with applicable laws.

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of PingSLA, including uptime monitoring, DNS monitoring, synthetic checks, alerting, status pages, APIs, and any related documentation or services we provide.

  • You must be legally able to enter into a binding contract.
  • If you use PingSLA on behalf of a company, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.
  • If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the service.
Section 02

Description of Service

PingSLA provides monitoring, alerting, reporting, and status-page capabilities.

PingSLA is a software-as-a-service platform that helps customers monitor websites, APIs, DNS records, endpoints, workflows, and external services. We may add, improve, or retire features over time as the product evolves.

  • Monitor uptime, latency, availability, SSL, and DNS health.
  • Receive alerts through email, Slack, WhatsApp, Telegram, and other supported integrations.
  • Publish status pages and generate SLA or uptime reports.
  • Use dashboards, API access, and workflow-based monitoring tools.
Section 03

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for how your account is used and what you monitor.

  • Keep your login credentials secure and do not share them with unauthorized users.
  • Use the service only for lawful and permitted purposes.
  • Do not probe, overload, attack, or attempt to disrupt our systems.
  • Ensure that you have the legal right to monitor the targets you configure.
  • Do not use PingSLA to send spam, malicious requests, or abusive traffic.
Section 04

Payment Terms

Subscription fees, billing cycles, renewals, taxes, and refunds are defined clearly.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis unless stated otherwise. By subscribing, you authorize us or our payment processor to charge your selected payment method for all applicable fees, taxes, and renewals.

Payment note

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis only where required by law or where a specific written commercial agreement provides otherwise.

  • Fees are due in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated in writing.
  • Prices may change with prior notice before your next billing cycle.
  • You are responsible for applicable taxes, duties, and levies.
  • Failed or overdue payments may result in suspension or downgrade of service.
Section 05

Service Level Agreement

SLA commitments apply only where explicitly provided in a separate agreement or plan.

We aim to provide a reliable monitoring platform and may publish service-level commitments for specific plans or enterprise customers. Any SLA credit policy, if offered, will be governed by the relevant SLA document and not by these Terms alone.

SLA note

Any service credits, uptime commitments, or enterprise guarantees are defined only in a separate SLA or signed contract.

  • SLA coverage may differ by plan, contract, and deployment model.
  • Maintenance windows, force majeure events, and third-party outages may affect availability.
  • Any service credits are the exclusive remedy for SLA failures where an SLA applies.
Section 06

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the maximum extent allowed by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PingSLA and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption arising from your use of the service.

  • You are responsible for maintaining your own backups and contingency plans.
  • You should not rely solely on PingSLA for business-critical decisions without your own safeguards.
  • Our aggregate liability is limited as permitted by applicable law and contract.
Section 07

Termination

Either party may suspend or terminate access under defined conditions.

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms, violate the law, compromise platform integrity, or create security or abuse risks. You may cancel your account at any time through the platform or by contacting support.

  • Upon termination, your right to use the service ends immediately.
  • We may retain certain data for legal, billing, backup, or security reasons.
  • Sections that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
Section 08

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by applicable laws and resolved in the proper forum.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to our operating entity unless otherwise required by a signed enterprise agreement. Any disputes will be handled in the competent courts or arbitration forum agreed by the parties.

  • The governing law may differ for enterprise contracts.
  • Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights where applicable.
  • If a dispute arises, both parties should first attempt good-faith resolution.
